When they reach Jamaica, they become involved in a slave revolt and must face a court trial. On the voyage, they face danger and meet a mysterious man, Stephen Bonnet. They eventually find Ian and set sail for Jamaica, where they plan to stay. Along the way, they encounter many adventures, including a shipwreck, a battle, and a kidnapping.
